“No. Just means I have to impress your family too…” Smiles.

Carlos looked at him. “Oh – oh yeah?” he asked. He offered
him a slight smile. “Well…. We all already like the color blue.” Carlos laughed
awkwardly. “Sorry – that was really terrible and probably tasteless.”

Laughs a bit and smiles at him. “No. Cute… glad you like blue. I’m blue everywhere.. hehe.”

Carlos laughed softly. So they weren’t going to talk about
how this thing wouldn’t work out in the end. But that was okay… they were both
adults. They both were aware that Carlos would probably be going back home. But
at least they could have a bit of fun getting to know each other.

“I’m not kidding,” he went on. “It’s, like, all of ours’
favorite color. My dad wore a blue suit for a while, and when I was a kid I had
a blue hoodie that I wore almost all the time.”

“That crazy huh. Hehe…well when we get you back home I bet that’s the first thing your going to throw on.”

Carlos chuckled again. “Even if I did have it, it wouldn’t
fit me,” Carlos said. “I’ve since traded it for a labcoat… I’ve, uh… actually
got one with me. I was abducted while wearing it.”
