((Absolutely!

The ones that I talked about regarded mostly observation with your eyes. You look around yourself and identify objects either out loud or in your head: “Chair, Window, TV, etc”. You can also look at visual patterns like fabric or spackle or braids in a shoe lace.

Really, anything with fine complex patterns that your eyes can ‘travel’ across. It’s sort of something to occupy your brain and help you see some ‘order’.

I also mentioned using ice. You hold ice in your hand and just let yourself feel the cold, focusing on it. It’s like a pain that doesn’t leave any permanent marks later.

These are just a few things that I mentioned – I found a PDF here that talks about it and has some more tips – it’s only two pages long and it’s a very easy read because everything is bulleted.
