((I am worried about you. But I am also glad that you are talking to someone about it, even just a little bit. Bottling too much isn’t very good and it allows things to accumulate to a spilling point. My last panic attack, in fact, was just a couple weeks of things accumulating at work and stressing me out before one more thing just finally broke me. I promise, there is no judgement from me.
Do you have a journal by the way? Writing down your feelings, even if it’s to no one in particular, can really help you out. It can allow you to look back and analyze your feelings and you can understand them a bit better.
That’s just a suggestion though – It’s just something that has worked for me.
