((I am so sorry to hear about that! That sounds very rough.

I’m not sure if any advice would be appropriate to give right now because I know sometimes you feel the need to just feel frustrated for a bit before you can try to feel better. So I think it’s okay to take a bit of time to yourself to let yourself be frustrated or unhappy.

When you’re ready for it though… what I like to do is look up vine compilations or ‘try not to laugh’ videos on Youtube. Markiplier’s Try Not to Laugh series is one of my favorites. Only when you’re ready though. And how I look at it, you don’t try to enjoy these to erase what happened, but more to show yourself that you can still laugh and enjoy things despite what happened.
