((honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever even met him. I just went with my brother to call on what we thought was his house (he’d moved and we didn’t know it) and I’ve been following the social media thread instead of going to bed.
I said as much on the thread, but I am sorry to hear the news and I hope his family can begin the journey to peace and understanding regarding what’s happened.
I personally believe in an afterlife. I really do believe that our spirits continue even if the body can no longer house them. And it is my belief that the pain doesn’t end just because he died. However, he is no longer physically tied to worldly woes and if he allows it, I do believe that he can get the help and healing he needs as he continues his spiritual journey.
