((that is good way to look at it. there are some things your body just needs to cycle through. Sometimes you just need to take a break. If you need to nap or sleep, then go ahead and sleep too. You can listen to music while you sit too – my suggestion is Enya or Yanni. Just something calm that won’t make you think too hard while listening.
