((If you need to, having your counselor talk to your guardian with you might make it easier. I don’t think you’re guardian will yell at you either, but having another adult there who knows a bit about your situation might help out a lot. It is scary, but your counselor and your guardian are there to help you. Try to remember that, okay?
I suggest writing it down on a piece of paper and posting it next to your bed or your desk or wherever you spend the most time. Seeing it multiple times might help make you feel better about it.
