It’s me! I just came back from an appointment with my therapist and psychiatrist, my guardian was there too. I’ve been diagnosed with clinical depression and severe social anxiety, but the good thing is my guardian, therapist, etc are all here to support me. I will probably go to a mental health clinic? It’s like school, 8 hours a day, but you do relaxing things like drawing, breathing exercises, etc. I’m happy that I get to take a small break, letting my mind relax. I’m actually happy.. – 3
