Bethesda is offering $5 in their premium currency as “compensation” for those unhappy with the Power Armor Edition of the game.
DO NOT ACCEPT IT
They aren’t offering it because they’re oh-so-sorry, the only reason they’re offering any sort of compensation at all is so that people will be unable to sue them for Federal Trade Commission violations and breaking laws internationally for purposely misleading advertising and bait-and-switching.
I repeat:
ACCEPTING THE 500 ATOMS WILL VOID ANY POSSIBILITY OF PLACING A LAWSUIT AGAINST BETHESDA OR GETTING YOUR ORDER REFUNDED AS YOU WILL HAVE ACCEPTED COMPENSATION
Because I forgot: DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, ACCEPT THE 500 ATOM COMPENSATION
