“But shouldn’t we do my beard before I put on the clothes?” Carlos asked. “I don’t want my shoulders to be itchy.”
“Okay… I still love you though.” Carlos grinned at them.

“Better run, it gets more challenging on the way back.”
“Ooh, sweet. And I’m a scientist – I’m used to dangerous situations! Especially since I’m allergic to the nuts in the candy.”
Carlos beamed at them, like a little kid getting ice cream. “Thanks so much, babe,” he said, leaning in to smooch their cheek.
“Well, we should make sure we have all the pieces first, but we can all get dressed together,” Carlos said. “Ooh – I need you to help me trim my beard like Tony Stark. You know, with the little hour-glass-shaped goatee?”
“Here, have a delicacy from my hometown.”
“I have never had these before. They look good though! I’ll share them with Angie!”
