You could scream back. But understand that the perhaps even the Void, in its omnipotence and ever-presence, has problems too. It must watch us, mere mortals, suffer through relatively small, eventually meaningless problems and the Void can’t do much more but watch and empathize intimately with each one of us. For the Void loves us and just wants us to be the best we can be. It can’t do much but be there for us to scream at and, sometimes, to scream back. Feel blessed.
