he wants to try his hand at scouting like Earl Harlan? Or Janice is going to camp and he wants to keep an eye on her? 🙂 ))

He did scouts with Earl when he was younger and if he knows Carlos is there he could be originally going to visit and since they need staff so bad he figures he can stay to help a bit?))
