Carlos looked beside him, over at her with a smile. “Don’t got any Halloween parties planned, then?” he asked her. “Not even for work?”
She couldn’t help but smile tenderly towards carlos.
“Wonderful. Anytime.”
she then glanced to her watch, humming softly before looking back to Carlos. “What are your plans for today if I may ask?”
Carlos shrugged. “I was planning on going into
the lab later today,” he said. “Work
more with the ‘rock band’. I’ll be honest, geology isn’t really my
major, but a friend of mine wanted help identifying the minerals.”“Ah. Well..”
She then took out her phone, unlocking it.
“Can I have your number? Id love to hang out some other time then.”
Carlos blinked at her, but he nodded. “Yeah,
sure,” he said. He held out his hand to put his number in her phone.She smiled before taking her phone back.
“Radical!” Luci then put her phone down, humming.
“Go ahead and send me a text so I have your
number too,” Carlos told her with a grin. “Maybe we can meet up here again and
get coffee.”
