i keep taking shits as thick as my wrist and it’s causing a lot of pain and tearing, wat can i do?

((I really can’t tell if this is a trolling, so I’m going to answer this seriously.

I would go to a doctor. They would be able to discuss your diet and what suppliments you might need to loosen things up and make it better. Maybe you have a need for more water in your diet too, but I’m not sure.

I don’t know if this is very obvious, but I”m not a doctor. I don’t have a degree or anything like that. My answer for these sort of questions will almost always be ‘go to a doctor’ because I’m not one myself. That and ‘drink more water’. Not because water is a cure-all, but because some people just simply don’t drink enough and some issues can be solved with more water.
