What if… What if when something takes the image of Black Hat or is made to look like Black Hat… it kind of becomes Black Hat? Sort of in a Weeping Angel way? We’ve seen a presumably inanimate object animate before, (though we don’t know if it was actually BH in disguise)

He claims that his real name alone has the power to kill people, so what if his likeness has some power too? Again, like some kind of scary Weeping Angel??
