Smiles and kicks off the back of the wall and pulls Carlos with him. “Careful now….” leads him to the bay windows to work on.

Carlos floated along with Yondu, grabbing onto handholds whenever they neared them.

As they neared the bay windows Carlos started to assess the situation. “Did you already grab everything I need?” he asked Yondu, spotting a small container mounted nearby on the hull. Carlos himself brought out a toolbelt, but not many components.

“I know… I just… ummm you know…..thought maybe you’d just like to sleep… nothing else. That’s all.”

“I’d… like to sleep?” Carlos asked. “End of sentence?”

“Yeah. Move into my room and you know.. at night.. we just sleep….no nookie nookie..”

“Oh,” Carlos said flatly. He didn’t mean to sound
disappointed… he just thought that Yondu might’ve known about his sleeping
trouble. “Um… you’re not a light sleeper… are you?” Carlos then asked him, a
little nervously.

“Nope. I sleep like a log. Honestly…”

Oh. Well, Carlos could work with that. “Okay – well, that’s good,” he said. He offered Yondu a smile. “I’d… I’d be willing to give it a shot. Just one night at first – see how well it goes.” Eventually, if they kept going the way they were going, they’d obviously be sharing more often. Carlos just wanted to know if his sleeping problems would get in the way of Yondu’s sleep first though.

Yondu smiles and kisses his forehead as they head out. “Now when we go out there. Remember. Do not let go of the side of the ship. Do t want to float away. But no worries I’ll get ya if you do.”

“I remember,” Carlos said. “THough you really need to get a tether system. It’s really dangerous without one.”

“Hmmmmm not a bad idea…. I’ll se about getting it established……” checks hisspace suit nodding at times and adjust others. “There ya go. Gonna have to get you some leathers…. gets chilly. Well… let’s go.” Opens the hatch and holds Carlos as a gust tries to pull them outbto the void.

The gust surprised Carlos and he clung onto Yondu’s arm as he tried to keep his feet on the floor. However, it quickly proved to be useless and he was left floating, hands tightly gripping Yondu’s arm and elbow.

Yondu nods to him then looks to Tullk. “Keep me updated on him. I’ll let you know when we land. So you can take him to the Hot springs. Come on carlos. Lets head out.” Rubs Carlos’s ear lightly in affection.

Carlos shivered slightly. He stowed his phone away and stood
up to follow Yondu.

“Good luck, Captain,” Tullk told him as they started to
leave.

“Thanks……” looks to Carlos as they walk then scratches his neck before putting a arm around his waist.

Carlos tensed slightly. He was surprised Yondu would hold
him in the middle of the hallway. Slowly though, he relaxed and leaned his body
weight into Yondu’s – just a bit, so he didn’t get in the way of the other
walking. “So, um… now what?” he asked.

“Well… lets go fix those bay windows….” holds on to him and then kisses his head then pulls back blushing.

Carlos chuckled softly and nuzzled into Yondu’s shoulder a
bit, being sort of playful. “Really being affectionate, you are,” he said. “In
the middle of the hallway.”

“Only to you. I’m courting you after all.i gotta you know… be uhhhh loving… especially to my… possible mate.”

Carlos laughed again, gently nudging Yondu’s rubs with his
elbow, however not making a move to pull away. But he then sighed as a worrying
thought came up. “If… it’s not a requirement, though,” he said softly. “I mean,
if you gotta reel it back because of… whoever it is who’s trying to get to you…
then do that. If it’s not safe, I mean… I’m okay.” It would kind of suck, but safety was most important in Carlos’ mind. He didn’t want any of them to get hurt again.

“Hehe. I understand Carlos. Don’t worry. I won’t let anything happen. Ok. Trust me. Kinda wish you would… ummm move into my room… Pete’s been getting better and ends up falling asleep with Krags anyway.”

“I…” This surprised Carlos. “I, well… I dunno,” he said
softly. “I mean… I’m still trying to settle in and stuff…” Carlos wondered if
Kraglin noticed he wasn’t sleeping through the night cycle. He kind of hoped
not. Yondu couldn’t have – he was in the other room after all.
